Before our session, please keep these tips in mind:
✔️ If you need to change/cancel our session, please let me know asap with 48 hours notice or full payment will apply.
✔️Prepare your space - We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed during our session. Please make sure that your space is quiet and dedicated to holding space for our session.
✔️Some helpful things for your session - It may help to bring your notepad/journal, pen and your favourite cup of herbal tea.
✔️Prepare your assignments and goals for our session - To keep our sessions clear and focused on achieving your goals, it would help to send your assignments to me in advance before the session and to set intentions for what you would like to explore on a deeper level.
✔️ Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier - There is a virtual waiting room you can wait in. During this time, I invite you to check that the camera and audio are working and set up your space so that we can jump straight in when your session time starts.
