SOUL SEEDS: A closer look at where you are in your life journey, what needs to change and your purpose. We explore your energy system and how you personally connect with your Chakras.


GROUNDED BODY: Grounding through physical routines and Self-care tools in your daily life to nurture your Self fully. Grounding into your body and through inspired action.


MINDFUL EXPLORATION: Explore what limiting beliefs and fears are holding you back. For mindset shifts and Self-awareness using tools such as journalling, affirmations and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
