GROUNDED BODY: Grounding through physical routines and Self-care tools in your daily life to nurture your Self fully. Grounding into your body and through inspired action.
MINDFUL EXPLORATION: Explore what limiting beliefs and fears are holding you back. For mindset shifts and Self-awareness using tools such as journalling, affirmations and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Commitment
Like any sport or art, it takes time, practice and consistency to retrain and rebuild a new sense of Self. It doesn’t have to take years but it does require the willingness to show up, look at ourselves and embody the person we know ourselves to truly be.
I have chosen to commit to my clients by asking them to commit to me, or rather the process and journey. You will get far more out of it (and potentially speed up the process) by building momentum and showing yourself that you are committed to supporting yourself to grow, heal and evolve.
I care about each of my clients and feel that building rapport between each other goes a long way in the process of healing, shifting old patterns and transforming old beliefs. You are unravelling potentially decades of patterning. That process deserves time and gentleness. With that said, we are incredible alchemists that can undergo huge transformation with speed, if we’re willing to fully commit to our growth.
If you have any questions or are unsure if this is for you, feel free to contact me first. I'm always happy to be honest and share with zero pressure or sales talk - This will also help us both to see if my sessions will/won't be suitable. It's important that both sides feel right about it.

Yes, we will schedule our sessions online and meet via Google Meet - All sessions are recorded so you can reconnect with them at any time.
We also have a personal online platform for you - This is great for keeping everything in one place, including the tools and inspired assignments between sessions and through online support.

I use an Integrative approach that involves selecting the techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to a client's particular goals. The tools I combine are from my professional background in psychology, yoga and complementary therapies.
I like to start my sessions with a simple breathing and/or reflection exercise. To set intentions for our session and hold space for us to share.
I have chosen to do 2-hour sessions so we have enough time together to cover everything without rushing or feeling like we are pressed for time.
Each session focuses on one main aim - so I ask my clients to be clear on what exactly they wish to explore.
Towards the end of the session, we round up the session - To summarise what we have talked about, share what we will work on between sessions and take a few deep breaths and/or a simple closing exercise to end.
