The thing about burnout is that it usually sneaks up on us and it is a sign that we are at a transitional point in our lives - In 20 years of private practice, I have had the privilege of working with 1000s of clients who have experienced the challenges of burnout and It can often be a difficult and overwhelming journey. Change brings up many things within us - But it is also a big opportunity to learn about our Self, what we need and what we value in life.
Most of my clients are also Empaths and Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) - They say that you attract the right clients to you and as a sensitive soul, this has been an area that I am passionate about sharing - exploring and learning how to navigate and honour our unique energy is crucial. This also may be a factor for burnout.
Drawing on my background in psychology, complementary health, and yoga, I have gathered a range of tools and strategies that can help you on your healing journey.
