✔️COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT)

CBT is a powerful approach to addressing burnout by exploring Self-awareness and practical skills. It helps identify and challenge negative thought patterns, feelings, and behaviours that may lead to exhaustion and overwhelm. CBT empowers individuals to break old cycles and create new healthy habits for resilience and well-being.


✔️ COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES & HEALTH COACHING

Holistic health coaching incorporates complementary therapies - such as awareness tools, yoga, energy therapies, journaling, creativity and the law of attraction to create simple and powerful routines for a balanced and grounded lifestyle. A key focus is burnout prevention, self-care, and Self-connection with nature and seasonal changes.


✔️ ENERGY & STRESS MANAGEMENT

This focuses on understanding and managing your internal and external energy exchanges. It emphasises the importance of energy management for empaths and highly sensitive people (HSPs) for stress management. Once you learn how to manage your energy system, you can take actionable steps to heal from burnout and work with your energy, not against it.
